Can XP Media Center 2005 OEM software be used to restore previous installation? - media center installation
I would like to restore a damaged laptop computer with Microsoft Media Center 2005, but no installation CDs. I find the software online OEM warns that should be used in new equipment.
OEM discs can be used to repair or replace any previous installations of the software already installed?

If this is not subject to the identification and have an activation code, you need to install without problems. However, there are still no drivers on the Internet after installing the operating system for video-on-board, integrated audio, integrated LAN / Ethernet, as appropriate.
