Stevia is the best substitute for sugar - which is a natural sugar substitute of all, requires very little use to alleviate and not by chemicals and other crap that others do bad for you. If you can not find stevia, which go with Splenda, but there is really no such thing as a "sugar substitute good" if you look at artificial sweeteners. I am diabetic and do not use artificial sweeteners - I always use real sugar and watch my recording that, I'm in the opinion of the doctor myself and I am allergic to all artificial diet sweeteners.

Splenda
Although in the United States, as a calorie free sweetener Splenda marketed products, including freight forwarders also contains about 86% of calories as the same mass of sugar (331 calories per 100 grams compared to 387 calories per 100 grams of sugar). [9] However, since Splenda is about 14.5% more dense than sugar, a certain amount of Splenda has 12.4% of the energy, the same amount of sugar. [10] When sucralose for commercial products, such as diet drinks, the clustering agent is not available and no heat is added to fed.
