When I go swimming, I get red bumps, and itchy skin, mostly down by my ankles. What is it? - itchy red bumps on skin
I've heard they have hives, but I want to go in the position to the spa, not hives or itchy skin. What can I do to help? Is there a measure to avoidable?

It could be his shoes. Maybe rub your ankles and a bit too much and makes the skin a bit raw. You have not noticed it. This could be more irritating chemicals in the pool. I'm not sure.
